About Ryan
Ryan, 30, grew up outside of Boston and snowboarded on weekends at Loon Mountain in New Hampshire. A multi-talented athlete in soccer, lacrosse and snowboarding, he began snowboard racing at age 6 and from that moment on snowboarding was his favorite sport.
In addition to being a USASA National Champion, he has well over 100 podium finishes and has been named to Team USA four times. At 16, he had his first World Cup start in Telluride, CO. Ryan has represented the US at the FIS Junior World Championships in 2013 and 2014. He also represented the US at World Championships in 2019, 2021, and 2023.
Ryan has always balanced sports and education by attending the Holderness School in NH and in 2017 he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Denver, where he was a Dean’s List student. Ryan received his personal training certificate in 2023 and has helped athletes train and prepare for a variety of sports. Ryan is a very humble, unassuming, hard-working athlete with a fierce competitive nature.
